Customer Service Representative

Organico Global, a fast-growing consumer goods company, is looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will act as a direct link between the company and its valued customers — providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective communication with customers via phone calls, text messages, and other channels.
  • Respond to inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information, solutions, or alternatives.
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism, patience, and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Document and update customer records and communication details accurately.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse) to resolve customer concerns.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel or supervisor.

  • Contribute to improving overall customer service processes by sharing insights and feedback.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum educational qualification: HSC or currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform efficiently under pressure.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new technology, tools, and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of customer support tools is an advantage.
  • Experience using CRM software (preferred) and basic reporting tools.

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet browsing, Typing).

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
