  • Selected suburban and rural areas
    We are continuously expanding our reach to serve more communities across the country.

Dhaka City 1 – 2 working days
Other Cities 2 – 3 working days
Remote Areas 3 – 5 working days

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

💸 Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳100

  • Free Delivery on orders over ৳1,000

💳 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • bKash / Nagad / Rocket

  • Debit/Credit Card (via secure gateway)

  • Bank Transfer (for corporate or bulk orders)

🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • After dispatch, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

📦 Delivery Attempt & Process

  • Our delivery team will contact you before arrival.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, we’ll attempt a second delivery the next day.

  • After two failed attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable.

  • All items are handled hygienically and checked for quality before dispatch.

🛡️ Quality Assurance

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Expired at delivery
    Please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or resolution.
