Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize all logistics functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing warehousing, distribution, and transportation while maintaining high standards of cost efficiency, timeliness, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor all logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and nationwide distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient inventory movement.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize cost, speed, and service quality.
- Supervise warehouse operations — including storage planning, inventory control, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with courier and transport partners to ensure reliability and accountability.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align logistics operations with business objectives.
- Track delivery performance, analyze logistics costs, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Manage product returns, damages, and replacements in coordination with warehouse and customer support teams.
- Ensure all logistics activities meet company standards and sustainability guidelines.
- Lead and mentor logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel to achieve performance excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, distribution networks, and logistics software.
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
