Position Overview
We are looking for an engaging and charismatic Media Presenter to represent Organico across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will captivate audiences, build trust, and effectively convert interactions into sales through strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Audience Engagement: Host live sessions, promotional videos, and webinars to build meaningful connections with the audience.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication to promote Organico's products and drive sales directly through media appearances.
- Content Delivery: Present product features, benefits, and usage tips in an exciting and relatable manner.
- Social Media Presence: Actively participate in Organico’s social media campaigns, including live streams, Q&A sessions, and trend-based content.
- Brand Representation: Embody Organico's values and vision, maintaining professionalism and authenticity in all appearances.
- Audience Feedback: Respond to comments, questions, and concerns from the audience promptly and effectively.
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the marketing team to analyse engagement and sales metrics, continuously improving presentation strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Presentation Skills: Confident, articulate, and relatable on camera, with the ability to capture and retain audience attention.
- Sales Orientation: Proven ability to persuade and drive sales through storytelling and communication.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with fluency in [language(s) relevant to your audience].
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, with experience hosting live sessions.
- Creativity: Ability to develop engaging and trend-responsive content ideas.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams.
- Experience: Prior experience in media, sales, or public speaking is preferred but not mandatory.
