Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive (Intern) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products to potential customers, generating sales leads, and maintaining long-term client relationships. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Organico’s products.
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable product solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends, product preferences, and competitor activities.

Must Have

  • Minimum education: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Basic experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in both Bengali and English.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.

  • Friendly, energetic, and persuasive communication style.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and improve sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools.
