Position Overview:
The Telesales Manager will be responsible for leading and scaling Organico’s telesales operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for sales excellence. The manager will oversee telesales executives, develop performance-driven strategies, and ensure seamless communication with customers to boost sales conversions, customer retention, and overall revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage telesales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales executives to maximize productivity and performance.
- Train team members in effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Monitor daily telesales activities, ensuring calls, leads, and conversions are on track.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure telesales processes align with company policies and customer satisfaction standards.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in telesales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with sales CRM tools, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry preferred.

Salary, Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Salary Review: Half Yearly (Based On Performance)
Bonus: As Per Company Policy
Performance Bonus: Yearly
